This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to defer the election process of the Bar Association Sriperumbudur / 2nd respondent herein scheduled to be held on 29.09.2025 or any other date of dates until the irregularities and malpractices mentioned in the petition are rectified and the election is conducted in a fair and transparent manner in accordance with the by-laws of the association by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation dated 20.09.2025 of the petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed by the 1st respondent on 24.09.2025, staying the conduct of the Election until further order. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be closed, as nothing survives for 2/4
further adjudication in the matter.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
