ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.09.2025 and to pay interest for delayed payment of terminal benefits at the rate of 8% per annum totaling to a sum of Rs.5,52,428/- within a limited time frame as deemed fit by this Court..
2. Though a larger prayer has been sought, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025 within a specified period to be fixed by this Court.
3. Since no orders prejudicial to the interest of the respondents are passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with and this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025, on merits
and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
