ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to to direct the Honble District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate court at Thiruporur to dispose of I.A.No.18 of 2024 in O.S.No.25 of 2024 pending on its file within a time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The very application is for an injunction restraining the plot owners from holding meeting on 15.12.2024. The petitioner did not obtain an interim order and meeting has also been held. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition.
