O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 and Section 34 of IPC in Crime No.69 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has collected a sum of Rs.23,46,000/- from various persons under the pretext that he would invest the same in various finance company namely International Financial Services, however the same was not deposited and the money was also not repaid. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner herein has received huge amount from various persons and the investigation in this case is pending. Hence, he prayed for grant of 2/4
anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the magnitude of the amount cheated by the petitioners and investigation is pending, so far no amount is recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
