Heard Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this Contempt Petition, the petitioner died.

3. In such view of the matter, let the legal heirs of the petitioner give a representation to the respondents pursuant to the Order passed in favour of the petitioner and in the event, the said Order is not complied, the legal heirs may move before this Court.
