Earlier, this Court by an order dated 03.09.2024 closed this contempt petition at present, since there is a settlement talks going on between the parties.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioner filed the petitioner's undertaking affidavit stating that he will not take the children out of India either for a vacation or on a permanent basis, pending proceedings between them and the same is recorded. The undertaking affidavit shall form part and parcel of the order. 11.07.2025 rpp
