ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.28769 of 2024 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
