(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This Court finds no merit in the application filed for condonation of delay. The delay has not been examined. This Court has also gone through the order that was passed on merits on the day when the petitioner-in-person did not appear earlier and the writ petition was disposed on merits. The grievance of the petitioner was also

considered and this Court, after taking note of the Status Report filed by the respondent to the effect that the encroachments in the survey numbers to be removed in accordance with law, has disposed of the writ petition.
