This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in in CC No. 531 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused persons with illegal possession of 120 kilograms of Ganja. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and also investigation has been completed in this case. Further, he stated that co-accused has been released on bail. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submits that the petitioner was the seller of the contraband and also a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- was recovered from him. Further, the petitioner is having four NDPS cases in Tamil Nadu and also cases in Andhra Pradesh. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also the petitioner is having four NDPS cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
