2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent in respective petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the respective restoration petitions, if it is otherwise in order and list the writ petitions for final hearing on 22.04.2025.
