These petitions have been filed to modify the order dated 11.07.2023 made in W.P.Nos.617 and 618 of 2016 by excluding the period of 04.01.2016 to 30.10.2018 for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

the payment of 50 percentage back wages.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ miscellaneous petitions and he has also made an endorsement that the payment was already made.
