Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned check slip in RFL / Hosur / 18 / 2024 dated 26.11.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 26.11.2024 1/5

O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip No. RFL / Hosur / 18 / 2024 dated 26.11.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 26.11.2024 (TP / 199630739 / 2024) executed by the petitioner in favor of M.Praveen on presentation for registration.

2. A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

3. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The 2nd respondent is directed to register the sale deed dated 26.11.2024, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
