2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent. He states no objection for allowing this petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and post the appeal for admission.
