O R D E R

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2023 was considered and final order was passed on 26.11.2024 by the respondent herein in Proceedings No.Mu.Mu.213/2023/N.H-4. The copy of the order passed by the respondent herein was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent herein in Mu.Mu.No.213/2023/N.H-4, dated 26.11.2024, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
