ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.2196 of 2017 pending on the file of the VI Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 28.08.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai as to how long she will take for disposal of the Original 1/3

Petition. The learned Judge sent a report stating that she would require four months to dispose of the Original Petition.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, there shall be a direction to her to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.2196 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
