2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 present in Court has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 550 days is waived.

3. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.13683 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 550 days.
