Nedunchezian, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit and also considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 84 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
