These are petitions to condone the delay of 590 days in filing the writ appeals.

2. Heard Mr.Abishedk Murthy, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits accompanying these miscellaneous petitions, considering the huge delay of 590 days in filing the writ appeals, the said delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, these civil miscellaneous petitions shall stand ordered.
