ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this court dated 30.07.2024 made in W.P.No.21480 of 2024.

2. This court had, by order dated 05.02.2025, directed the Registry to issue statutory notice to the respondent. Accordingly, statutory notice was issued to the respondent.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice, the respondent appeared in person.

3. Mr.V.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with and the registered document will be handed over to the petitioner in a day or two.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, admitted the registration of the document. In the light of the above development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. The respondent is discharged and the contempt proceedings are dropped.
