The learned Counsel for the Petitioner appeared through Virtual Mode submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 921 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.166828 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondents present in Court and has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 921 days is waived.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 921 days and the delay of 921 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 in the Appeal , when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
