As against the order passed by the second respondent, an appeal has been filed before the first respondent on 15.12.2023. This writ petition seeks for a direction for the disposal of the said appeal.

2. Mr.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent takes notice for the first respondent. He undertakes to dispose of the appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The undertaking is recorded. The writ petition is allowed. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. In case the appeal is not disposed of within a period of four weeks, it is open to the writ petitioner to move for an interim order in the said appeal seeking for stay of the proceedings of the second respondent.
