2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation has been completed and final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.20186 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur on 3rd January, 2025 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
