The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.102 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Krishnagiri.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 21.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Krishnagiri to state as to how long he requires to dispose of O.S.No.102 of 2020.
3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Krishnagiri has sent a report stating that eight witnesses are examined on the side of the plaintiffs and it requires more time to examine all the witnesses. The counsel appearing for the plaintiffs also filed change of vakalat. The report further states that the plaintiffs have also filed a petition for impleading subsequent purchasers of the suit property. Therefore, he 2/4
requests four months time to dispose of the said suit.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Krishnagiri to dispose of O.S.No.102 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
