ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.40544 of 2016, dated 21.02.2023 has been compiled with by the respondent.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
