(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the show cause notice dated 09.11.2015 bearing F.No.DRI/HZU/26A/ENQ-10 (INT-NIL)/2014/SCN issued by the 2nd respondent, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order-in-original. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle, to that effect.
