O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 19.10.2023 03.11.2023 and 09.11.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that they are the owners of the property measuring about 5 cents in SF No.113. In addition, they are in occupation of Survey No.146 for a period of 25 years. The petitioners seek that the consent given by them to transfer the land in the said survey number in their favour be favourably considered. To that effect, the petitioners have given representations dated 19.10.2023 03.11.2023 and 09.11.2023.

3. Ms.R.A.Monalisha learned counsel for the petitioner pleads that there has been no response to the said representations.

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 09.11.2023 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
