This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23739 of 2024, dated 26.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the case is pending trial in PRC.NO.213 of 2019 before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and posted for hearing on 06.02.2025. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23739 of 2024, dated 26.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai on 06.02.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
