ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Venkadesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.Shakthi, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. The limited prayer made in the writ petition is seeking directions against the bank to serve the copy of the sale notice of the scheduled mentioned property to the petitioners.

3. The petitioners shall approach the bank on 21.02.2024. The bank shall give the copy of the sale notice of the schedule mentioned property to the petitioners.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
