ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23749 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.23749 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on 24.12.2024 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge.
