This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13015 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.

13664 of 2023 on 24.08.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3.Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13015 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13664 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calender month until further orders.
