Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the rejection order passed by the 2nd respondent dated NIL rejecting the petitioners application dated 20.11.2024 in Application No.02241120241288 quash the same ad direct the respondents to effect change of address of the petitioner in family Ration Smart Card belonging to the petitioner bearing Card No.333165449974 to the present address and pass.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents issued necessary orders for change of address in the ration card of the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. The said statement is recorded.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
