Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare that the corrigendum dated 23.07.2002 amending Clause 2 by introducing a fresh clause 2.3 to volume II Section V of the Tender Document bearing No.CGMP/CHI/PLB/Tender /Access/ 200203/01 dated 05.07.2002 is illegal, arbitrary non-est and of no legal efficacy whatsoever.
