The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to complete the proceedings under Na.Ka.No.31/23 within such time as may be prescribed by this Court after providing the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of personal hearing.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the proceedings in Na.Ka.N.31/23 will be disposed of within a period of twelve (12) weeks, after hearing the petitioner and any other party who has interest in the matter.

There shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.N.31/23 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioner and any other party who has interest in the matter.
