Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 and grant patta for the lands in S.Nos. 128/7 and 128/8 in the Pudukurapettai village Vridhachalam Taluk Cuddalore district in the name of father of the petitioner late M.Kaliyaperumal as the said properties are in dispute in O.S. O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 and grant patta for the lands in S.Nos. 128/7 and 128/8 in the Pudukurapettai village Vridhachalam Taluk Cuddalore district in the name of father of the petitioner late M.Kaliyaperumal as the said properties are in dispute in O.S. No. 372/ 2018 in the district Munsif Court, Vridhachalam Cuddalore District.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 states that a Civil Suit is pending and the said representation dated 18.08.2022 will be disposed of in the light of the pendency of the suit within a period of twelve (12) weeks.

3. The said statement is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 within a period of twelve (12) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
