O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in para (c) that "the petitioners shall not leave India without the 1/4

previous permission of the Court", passed in Crl.OP.No.20063 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners 1 & 2, due to their business interests, have to travel abroad from 20.12.2024 to 02.01.2025, and petitioners 1 & 2, have already complied with the other conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks the permission of this Court for petitioners 1 & 2 to travel abroad.

3. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent police also concedes the same.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners, permission is granted to petitioners 1 & 2 to leave India from 20.12.2024 to 03.01.2025, and as far as petitioners 3 & 4 are concerned, there is no specific prayer sought against them. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16.12.2024 drl 2/4
