This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the Crl.R.C.S.R.No.77255 of 2025 against M.C.No.12 of 2017 Judgment dated 18.11.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Arakkonam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 213 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
