ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26811 of 2024 on 25.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court, on every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

regularly complying with the conditions, imposed by this Court and the case is registered in C.C.No.274 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore and posted on 09.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No. 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26811 of 2024 on 25.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore on 09.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
