2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in 10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28887 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
