This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against C.A.No.20 of 2023, dated 20.12.2024, by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 187 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
