ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to provide police protection from the 4th and 5th respondents and to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.08.2025 and 06.08.2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the representations given by the petitioner were forwarded to the third respondent in Current Paper No.1013 of 2025 and enquiry is pending. He further submitted that the respondent police will be able to complete the enquiry within a period of six (6) weeks. 3.Recording the said submissions made, this petition stands closed directing the respondent police to conduct the enquiry in Current Paper No.1013 of 2025, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
