This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 12.12.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3786/2021 in DVA No.614/2019 by the Special Court for Trial of Domestic Violation Act Cases, Coimbatore, thereby returning the copy application filed by the petitioner, inview of the pendency of the Non Bailable Warrant issued against him.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Non bailable warrant issued against the petitioner was recalled and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the civil revision petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
