ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Wilson Topaz, learned counsel appearing for Mr.K.V.P.Deepak Raj, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a One Time Settlement (OTS) proposal to the respondent Bank and the same may be directed to be considered.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank pointed out that the said OTS proposal has been already rejected and the same has been communicated to the petitioner by the counsel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that within a period of three months, the petitioner would pay the legitimate amount due and payable to the Bank.

5. The OTS proposal is between the Bank and the borrower. It is for the borrower to approach the Bank with the request.

6. In light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.36320 of 2023 is closed.
