(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 05.03.2025 passed in MCOP No.1422 of 2021 on the file of the MACT Special District Judge, Tirupur.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served. Learned counsel for R1 is present. There is no appearance for R2.

3.It had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay of 24 days.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal for admission. Registry may also print the name of the counsel for R1 in the cause list when the appeal is posted for admission.
