Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to 1/5
consider the representation dated 09.11.2023 issued by the petitioner and consequently replace any of the Special Officer with power to sign the cheques and PFMS Generated Print Payment Advice on behalf of the Vice President of the Sathur Panchayat the 5th respondent herein along with the petitioner to continue the works initiated under the Panchayat Scheme within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
Mr.S.Ravi Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2023 and consequently, replacing any one of the Special Officer with power to sign the cheques and PFMS Generated Print Payment Advice on behalf of the Vice President of the Sathur Panchayat-fifth 2/5
respondent herein along with the petitioner to continue the works initiated under the Panchayat Scheme.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, as any observation made by this Court will interfere with the rights of the first respondent to take a call on the representation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent/District Collector, Ranipet District to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
