This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the special officer expeditiously as per the order of the 1st respondent dated 21.03.2023 vide Se.Mu.A.No.2764/l1/2023-2. 2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that one M/s.Meena Kumari has been appointed as Special

Officer to conduct election and hence, no further order is required in the present case.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
