ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the charge sheet dated 16.11.2009 in CC.No.10282 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and to quash the same.

2.On instructions, the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) submitted that the trial in C.C.No.10282 of 2014 has begun already and thereafter, the prosecution has examined witnesses PW1 to PW28. 3.Therefore, after commencement of trial and also examining 28 witnesses, the quash petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
