This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.16342 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18409 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023 to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
