This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.O.P.No.26469 of 2023 on 22.11.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He added that the petitioner is also having three previous cases pending against him.

3.Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26469 of 2023 dated 22.11.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calender month for a period of three (3) months.
