The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the suspension order passed by the first respondent, dated 13.12.2004.

2. The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that the suspension order was revoked on 02.08.2006 and the relevant portion of the counter affidavit is extracted hereunder:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Now, as per Inspector General of Registration's order No.25510/R2/01, dated 02.08.2006, the petitioner's suspension was revoked and given a placement at O/o. Inspector General of Registration, Chennai-28 as Steno-Typist. He joined on 09.08.2006 Enquiry on the Disciplinary proceedings No.25510/R2/01, dated 13.12.1994 is now conducted by the former Vellore District Registrar of this Registration Department."

3. In view of the above, noting survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
