This application has been filed to amend the Schedule of securities pertaining to the shares of SKF Limited of the above Original Petition by including the shares described in the schedule mentioned in the Judges Summons.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that after filing of the Original Petition, the applicants came to know about the shares mentioned in the Judges Summons and hence, the same may be included in the Original Petition so as to enable the applicants to obtain succession certificate including the above shares held by their father.

3. Considering the averments in the affidavit filed along with the application, this application is Ordered accordingly.

The registry is directed to issue fresh Succession Certificate after incorporating the above shares.
